The ATH10K1R0 series thermistor is a glass package with two coated wires. The glass seal can ensure long-term stability of the product, and the coated wires can prevent short circuits due to their contact with each other. Compared with traditional thermistor-encapsulated thermistors, ATH10KR0 is characterized by smaller size, shorter response time, better long-term stability, and a wider temperature range. ATH10K1R0 is hermetically sealed between the temperature sensing head and the wire. It can work in high temperature liquids up to 250 ° C. Products are widely used in temperature sensing of laser diodes, optical components, industrial process control, etc. These applications require higher temperature sensitivity, long-term stability, and higher application temperatures.

When measuring NTC thermistors, the following must be observed:
• Can not be measured in air, The temperature difference in the air is bigger, Measurement is not accurate, Resulting in accuracy bias.
• Measurement using a high-precision thermostat, NTC into the thermostat after the test tank, After the temperature of the thermostat is stable, Can be measured.
• Measure voltage as low as possible,To reduce NTC self-heating caused by measurement error.
• For high temperature measurements,The temperature of the bath needs to be corrected and checked with a thermometer.
