1. Application of assembling thermocouple

 It is usually used in conjunction with display instruments, recording instruments, and electronic calculations. It is directly used to measure the surface temperature of liquid, steam and gas medium and solid surface in the range of 0°C~1300°C in the production process.

3. The working principle of assembling a thermocouple

The electrode of the thermocouple is composed of two different conductor materials. When there is a temperature difference between the measuring terminal and the reference terminal, a thermoelectric potential will be generated, and the working instrument will display the temperature value corresponding to the thermoelectric potential.

5. Normal temperature insulation resistance of assembled thermocouple

The ambient temperature of the thermocouple is 20±15°C, and the relative humidity is not more than 80%. The test voltage is 500±50V (DC). The insulation resistance between the electrode and the outer tube is >1000Ω.m.
