Product introduction:
LM-PT100 and LM-PT1000 are thermal resistance temperature and humidity sensors with LCD display. It works in an industrial-grade environment of -40℃~+85℃ (host range, not external sensor range), and the collection temperature range is -200℃~+200℃. The display accuracy is 0.1℃; the comprehensive accuracy is 0.3℃. By combining our thermal resistance sensors with our RS-485 repeaters, it is possible to connect up to 255 PT100 and PT1000 thermal resistance acquisition modules to the same network, with a maximum communication distance of 1200m. LM-PT100 and LM-PT1000 thermal resistance temperature and humidity sensors can also be combined with LM-8052NET to form a TCP/IP temperature collection network, which can realize remote temperature collection.

LM-PT100, LM-PT1000, WD-PT100, WD-PT1000 is a new type of thermal resistance temperature sensor acquisition module (without PT100, PT1000 temperature sensor, need to be purchased separately), which can be used to collect two-way on-site temperature. . At the same time, its own RS-485 bus serial communication interface can be used to easily connect to the environment monitoring host or other industrial control host.

According to the display mode, there are two types: WD series without LCD display (WD-PT100, WD-PT1000) and LM series with LCD display (LM-PT100, PT1000). The collection temperature range is -200℃~+200℃, the display accuracy is 0.1℃; the comprehensive accuracy is 0.3℃.

PT100 and PT1000 thermal resistance acquisition modules can be connected to the RS-485 local control network through the isolated 485 communication interface. RS-485 allows up to 32 PT100 and PT1000 thermal resistance acquisition modules to be hung on the same bus. However, if Link-Max's RS-485 repeater is used, up to 256 PT100 and PT1000 thermal resistance acquisition modules can be connected to the same network, and the maximum communication distance is 1200m. Before installing the PT100 and PT1000 thermal resistance acquisition modules into the network, they should be configured, and the baud rate of the module should first be set to be consistent with the baud rate of the network. At the same time, the PT100 and PT1000 thermal resistance acquisition modules should be set to different addresses respectively to prevent the address conflict of each PT100 and PT1000 thermal resistance acquisition module.

After the PT100 and PT1000 thermal resistance acquisition modules are correctly connected, the host sends a read data command to cause the PT100 and PT1000 thermal resistance acquisition modules to send data back to the host. The data in the PT100 and PT1000 thermal resistance acquisition module is updated once every second, and the display data on the LCD display is updated periodically (LM series only).

The WD series is used in situations where temperature display is not required, such as outdoor ATM cabinets. This series is a DIN rail-mounted enclosure. In addition to completing temperature collection, the LM series can also pre-set the upper and lower limit alarm values of the temperature. When the environmental parameters exceed the set value, the buzzer inside the machine will sound an alarm immediately.

PT100, PT1000 thermal resistance acquisition module is a fully digital PT100, PT1000 thermal resistance acquisition module with wide application prospects. Temperature monitoring becomes very easy with this module. PT100 and PT1000 thermal resistance acquisition modules can be connected to two-wire, three-wire and four-wire PT100 and PT1000 thermal resistors. When three-wire and four-wire are used, the module can effectively compensate for wire resistance. The length of the cable does not affect the collection accuracy.
