Polymer PTC temperature sensor. A surface mount polymer PTC (positive temperature coefficient) temperature sensor using a conductive polymer polymer composite material as a main material. Different from the traditional ceramic PTC temperature sensor, it adopts an easy-to-install surface-mount form for easy installation; A polymer conductive composite material layer with a positive temperature coefficient of resistance effect is used as the core material of the polymer PTC temperature sensor. The cost of the product is lower than the ceramic PTC temperature sensor, which is more convenient to process and more suitable for the requirements of miniaturized devices.
Features
PTC linear positive temperature coefficient thermistor is made of PTC material and physical process. It has excellent stability, complex linearity, repeated millions of times, the characteristic curve is unchanged. The resistance value increases with the temperature, and changes linearly with good linearity. Compared with PTC polymer ceramic thermistors, the linearity is better, and no linear compensation measures are needed to simplify the circuit design. And the resistance value is consistent, the interchangeability is strong, the shape and specifications are guaranteed. High temperature sensing speed, 1-2 seconds in air medium, high sensitivity.
