High Temperature Thermistor Probes

The high temperature thermistor temperature sensor refers to a sensor that can sense temperature and convert it into a usable output signal. The temperature sensor is the core part of the temperature measuring instrument, and there are many varieties. According to the measurement method, it can be divided into two categories: contact type and non-contact type. According to the characteristics of sensor materials and electronic components, it is divided into two types: thermal resistance and thermocouple. The non-contact temperature sensor detects the temperature through the thermistor according to the temperature change and the voltage change. The thermistor is a type of sensitive element. According to the temperature coefficient, it is divided into positive temperature coefficient thermistor (ptc) and negative temperature coefficient thermistor (ntc). Negative temperature coefficient thermistor is a kind of sensor resistance whose resistance value decreases with increasing temperature. It is widely used in various electronic components, such as temperature sensors, reversible fuses and automatically adjustable heaters.

In industrial production, temperature sensors are important detection instruments for the automation of some equipment. Because the temperature is sometimes too high in industrial production, the thermistor inside the temperature sensor probe is easily damaged when the temperature is too high. The lack of thermistor protection structure causes economic losses. And generally, the traditional sensor probe adopts a single-layer shell, which has poor pressure resistance. External pressure or impact can easily damage the internal thermistor, so it is not safe and stable enough.
