What are the advantages of the integrated thin film NTC temperature sensor?

In the field of NTC thermistors, there are currently two insufficient NTC thermistors and single-ended glass-sealed thermistors on the market. Among them, single-ended glass-sealed NTC thermistors are mostly insulated through insulated bushing to achieve pin insulation because the lead is not insulated. Because the casing can not be fixed, the process will move back and forth. Because of the low cost and efficiency of manual casing piercing, the lead with poor sealing is easy to oxidize. The other is the MF5B single-ended glass-sealed NTC thermistor is soldered together with FPC or FFC flexible cable or wire. The process currently has certain defects. The utility model name is: an integrated thin film NTC temperature sensor.

The "one-piece surface temperature detecting film NTC temperature sensor": Including the first polyimide high temperature adhesive paper, glass shell, radial single-end glass package NTC thermistor body, NTC chip, magnesium wire, ferronickel wire, second polyimide high temperature adhesive paper and tail; Radial single-end glass encapsulated NTC thermistor body is equipped with glass shell, the inner glass shell is equipped with NTC chip, and the NTC chip is welded with magnesia wire. The second polyimide high temperature adhesive tape covers the Du magnesium wire outside the glass casing. Thin film NTC temperature sensor
